Dow Corning CB-3046 Fluid by Dow Corning acts as an anti-frizz agent. It is an optimized blend of silicones, suitable for water based and anhydrous formulations. It provides long-lasting frizz control, ability to maintain style, shine and curl definition. Moreover, it offers heat protection, enhanced hair alignment, natural look & feel and clear formulations. It is cold processed and is suitable for different hair-types. Dow Corning CB-3046 Fluid finds application in formulating leave-in hair products including creams, lotions, cuticle coats, pomades and non-aerosol sprays. Complies with NZIoC, KECI, REACH, TSCA, IECSC, ENCS/ISHL, PICCS, TCSI, DSL and AICS.
