It is a black viscous paste composed Black Iron Oxides treated with Triethoxycaprylylsilane (11S), then dispersed in Dimethicone and PEG/PPG-18/18 Dimethicone.
It works as a colorant. This dispersion offers full color development, better stability, improved gloss, and ease of use for color cosmetics.
It is recommended for use in cosmetic emulsions and may be used in anhydrous systems.
This material is oil dispersible.
