Acts as a dispersant. Modifies the feel and improves the spreadibility of a variety of cosmetic oils. Provides a silky, soft and non-tacky afterfeel. Reduces the rub-on time of lotions as well as creams. The reduced rub-on time is due to better spreading of the oil in the formulation. Offers a non-greasy feel and improves the wetting as well as spreading of the formulations on hair. Used in skin care, color cosmetic formulations such as foundations, liquid make-up, mascaras, eye shadows, bath oils, tanning oils and hair treatments.
