Caesalpinia Spinosa Gum
Acts as a thickener/stabilizer and texturizing agent. This natural gum is a polysaccharide derived from tara seeds which is used in emulsions and cream-gels. It hydrates instantly in water, this non-ionic polysaccharide can be used hot or cold. It is recommended for medium or thick consistency formulations. Provides a decisive advantage to formulators: high resistance to electrolytes; making it particularly suitable for chassis formulas. It exhibts synergistic behavior with synthetic polymers and gives very soft touch to formulas. Used in skincare, suncare, make-up and oral care (toothpastes...) products.
