Tropical Blend is a fruit powder, which is produced by low temperature spray-drying. It is a free-flowing fine powdered product with high hygroscopic and thermoplastic characteristics.
Typical application: As a colour and taste giving component
Tropical Blend is particularly suitable for applications, where a good solubility is required.
